Step Up For Ostomy 2026 – Virtual Walk with Coach Jenn

Don’t live near a Step Up event, or can’t make it to your local Chapter’s event? Coach Jenn invites you to Step Up For Ostomy with a virtual awareness event on October 3, guiding you through a easy-to-follow 30-minute movement session. All exercises are low-impact, adaptable to your pace and abilities, and can be done either standing or sitting. No equipment is required.
Attendees must register before October 1 to ensure they receive the link for their online walk.
