Step Up For Ostomy 2025 – Saint John

Ostomy Canada is gearing up for its 13th annual Step Up For Ostomy campaign! Join us in Saint John for a meaningful community walk along Harbour Passage to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and show support for Canadians living with an ostomy.

This event brings together people with ostomies, their families, friends, and supporters to take visible steps toward acceptance, education, and advocacy. Everyone is welcome to participate — walk at your own pace and distance!

Event Highlights:
• Walk begins at Tin Can Beach, along the Cranberry Trail
• Distance options: up to 4.3 km to the Reversing Falls Bridge, or shorter distances within your comfort level
• Supportive and inclusive community atmosphere
• Awareness, connection, and fundraising in support of Ostomy Canada Society
